What happens when unpredictable weather and climate change interfere with the ripening of the grapes? Although the grapes reached full ripeness, their sugar content remained low. Spontaneous fermentation and a year of aging in oak barrels gave rise to a dry Riesling with a lower alcohol content, but with a distinct fullness, structure and aromatic complexity. A unique wine that reflects the uniqueness of the vintage.
