ORANGE WINE, Traminer & Pinot Gris. Natural wine with an intense color and higher tannin content. The grapes were picked by hand and trampled by foot. The spontaneous fermentation of the mash took place for ten days, including the skins, seeds and stalks. The wine was aged for 18 months in small wooden barrels.
