Ryzlink rýnský VELKÝ SUD BIO 2022 / Riesling

If the Riesling grapes in the vineyard manage to overripen and you let the wine rest for a year in a good oak barrel, you’re in for a special treat. The result is a rich, expressive Riesling with a little leftover sugar and a nice, fresh acidity in the finish. You’ll smell honey, candied citrus, and apricots. There’s also a slightly salty note in the taste, coming from the marl soil of Kraví hora.
