Estate cave tour & tasting, seated tasting and seated tasting and food pairing
We offer folowing tastings:
1) Estate cave tour & tasting
By Prior Appointment Only.
Daily (Monday – Saturday) – by prior appointment | CZK 400 per person (Limited to 30 participants per tour; at least 8 participants).
Tour the grounds of the estate (one cellar) with one of the winemakers (Marek Špalek or Petr Ilgner) of the winery. We will share the history of Špalek winery and explain, how we work in our organic vineyards and in the cellar.
Flight of 10 basic and premium wines. Seated (8 – 15 persons) or standing tasting.
Marek Špalek speaks English, German and Polish as well; Petr Ilgner speaks German.
2) Food pairing & tasting
By Prior Appointment Only.
Offered Friday and Saturday – by prior appointment | CZK 400 per person (Limited to 40 participants per tour; at least 10 participants).
Foodpairing with local bred, cheese, smoked sausage and homemade grape jelly.
Flight of 8 basic and premium wines. Seated tasting.
